Our TIPSBILS solution can allow customer that is using TIPS to issue invoices using the transportation operation data interfaced from TIPS. TIPSBILS can be very flexible in defining the billing contract per customer and the charge can be calculated automatically based on the contract details such as currency and effective date. The debit notes can be generated and previewed by bulk or individual customers. In addition, it supports manual invoice and cash receipts functions which can cater special circumstances. Finally, the invoiced data will interface to the accounting system to ensure the integration from beginning to end.
